Tea & Spice tour we experience the diversity and richness of India’s vegetarian food culture and culinary traditions.
We visit the homes of three different women, for cooking classes in their regional cuisine,
not only learning about cooking and spices but also getting an insight into their life and culture. We enjoy freshly-brewed masala chai and chaat from the many street food vendors,
the feeding of thousands in a Sikh temple, the traditional Rhajasthani thali in romantic Udaipur and delicate Parsi food in Mumbai. We savour the aromas and flavours of the spice bazaars of Kochi,
the tea and spice gardens of the Cardamom Hills and Kerala’s sublime backwaters.
